I am fortunate to be able to choose from a huge number of no-code tools these days. I always try to choose the right tool for each job. I choose to build on bubble when a client needs me to build them a mobile or web app that can integrate with a variety of other services. Bubble’s strength is in giving me complete control over the design and functionality without having to write any code. This allows me to build software for my clients in a much shorter amount of time and allow them to test out an idea before needing to invest a huge amount of time and money into building out an idea that may or may not be viable. Bubble is built on a strong scalable and secure foundation and with thousands of companies building on their platform they also have the necessary momentum and financial stability to be around for the long haul.

Designing on bubble

Bubble provides a blank canvas and visual tools that gives me full control over the design of the software I build for clients. Bubble supports responsive design, which allows me to design one interface and allow it to scale from a small phone screen to a large monitor. Making changes to the design is quick and easy. Changes can be preview in development mode and when approved pushed to production. This allows for ongoing improvements without negatively impacting live users.

Workflows on bubble

You probably want to know how anyone can build a sophisticated app without writing any code. The magic in bubble are workflows. Workflows are what bring the designs to life and allow me to enable and automate actions that can do things like reset a password, signup a user, charge a credit card, connect to an external service and grab some data, and much more.

Extending bubble with plugins

While bubble does provide quite a lot of functionality built-in, they also recognize that they can't foresee every type of integration that someone might need in their application. So they offer a plug-in architecture that allows me to tap into a large selection of add-ons that extend bubble's functionality. I can also build custom plug-ins if you need to do something that isn't offered by other plugins.

Security and Performance

Bubble is built on a strong security and performance foundation. Bubble utilizes Amazon Web Services and provides ongoing monitoring and maintenance and provides 99.9% uptime. They also offer the ability to scale up if your application requires more resources. All this is to say you really don't need to spend anytime thinking about your application's security architecture and can instead focus on improving and growing your app.
